Power Steering Fluid use?

Since I've started drifting I've noticed that my power steering fluid reservoir always boils over and from what I gather it is a common occurrence in the MX5s after some "spirited" driving. I have been recommended to using the Red Line Power Steering Fluid as it is supposed to be much more durable and heat resistant. Has anyone on here used it or would I be better just getting a power steering fluid cooler or just remove the power steering altogether?
Also, if I were to use the Red Line fluid, does anyone know how much power steering fluid an MX5 takes?

Did you find much difference on the track with and without powersteering?
Also did you put in a manual rack or did you just depower your own rack?

I followed miata.net guide i think. Took the rack apart and done it that way. Also you have to weld the pinion which is not in that guide but in some of the others

Put a small oil cooler in the pipe. Sorted.
