Right, so need to change all the oils. Please guys just give me a heads up that these processes are correct, and also if someone knows the tools required off the top of your head that'd be great. Im borrowing a lift but its VERY time limited so have no time for errors and wont be able to drive anywhere to collect parts :(

Engine oil, that's easy enough, for gearbox i just wanna make sure i have this right (its 6 speed box)
-open fill plug driver's side of box
-open drain plug on the bottom of box
-2L 75w90 fully synthetic into fill hole
-close her up, done

diff (its a torsen)
-same oil as above, 75w90 fully synthetic
-remove fill plug (square plug on the side)
-remove drain plug on the bottom
-1L into fill plug
-close her up, done

do i need steel washers for all the bolts?
does the box need to be filled from 2 places? i read some contradicting info....

thanks so much!

Before draining either the diff or gearbox open the filler first. They can seize. You don't wanna be there with an empty gearbox and no way to fill it.

Hi Eileen. Be careful with the 6 speed gearbox. The filer plug is not the allen key one as it holds one of the shafts in position and if removed its gearbox out job.I have diagram in shed of which one is filler. You can fill the 6 speed box through the gear lever hole but its slow .(Not same for 5 speed box)

You generally dont need washers as they are not collapseable (looks mis spelt) type just flat copper or steel but nice to have new ones if possible

I can show you on Saturday the filler plug etc or I can take pic on my phone and send to you .Let me know
