I'm looking for bodies to help with the fundraising for my Hope Everest Expedition.

Send me PM's if you'd be willing to give me a couple of hours later this month to shake buckets and pack bags etc.

For the uninitiated, I've lost 10 stone in 12 months, and now I'm heading to Base Camp Mount Everest, to raise funds for the Hope Foundation. It's an amazing Irish charity that cares for street children in Calcutta.

It's all in a year... from here...
