I check in on here most days, just to see what's up. Only comment if I have something to say... Not on Facebook, twitter etc and have no intention of joining but the way things are going, may not have a choice in the matter.
The forum is a great resource and it would be a pity if it were to die out but I suppose we have to move with the times.

meh, our numbers are still good, in August we'd 12722 visitors reading 77637 pages (that's not hits, we had 150k of those), busiest month since May 2016

I'm just over a year here, thankfully it's kept my mind occupied in all that time.
I've found people to be very helpful and polite here , no obvious bickering or anything like that. The Facebook guys I'm sure do look in here when they need to
