Mk3 looks good but red mk1 is embarassing to any mx5 driver.....it's dirt !!

Judging by other cars and road standards, I would say Japanese or Chinese. Possibly HongKong if the rear sticker is a HK flag derivate. Hopefully not likely to be allowed export, much less import to any country :P
