What do you lads recommend for my mk1 ,probably 15inch and I intend adding wide arch kit for probably 8 or 9 in wide maybe??Anyone any pics of set fitted ?? Lot od members on Nutz with wide arch bolt on arches ,look cool,sort of 70,s rally style.Match my Escort years ,thinking chrome mirrors also .......ah maybe not.

Some really crazy set ups out there, just go with what you want…. chrome mirrors can look good on the right colour, mine has chrome on a silver car. That is what makes these wee cars so good, the ability to personalise them….

I dont like arch extensions, but to each his own!

You could run wider wheels but with higher ofset / less poke

Looks great btu I would go with the arches and full width tyres ,not stretched .Dont trust them to be honest.Cant be good for tyres fitted on too wide rims.I wonder would 9inch rime fill the arches better or be too wide .

I am thinking something like this set up but with XXR,s instead,same width etc

That car is for sale at the minute on nutz £5000 I think , not my cup of tea though probably worth most of it for the goodies alone , wheels, JR supercharger etc
Mx5 Dan on nutz I think does small and large arches if that's what your after
You should also consider the rota grids , I think they are very nice and good value and light as far as I know

not sure about that red one…. two sets of wing mirrors and the aerial moved………….
