Interesting itinery, why pick those destinations?

Paris, in a car can't see why you would want to do that for a holiday.....go to Versailles and get the RER into the city......

Are you doing this trip on your own?

I am certainly interested in a European trip, but not flaking round northern france, boring boring boring.....sorry to piss on your parade.....

Was thinking of Dublin/Holyhead, Dover/Calais, Nurburgring (Evenign on the Nordschliefe), Black Forest, Pontarlier, Neuchatel, Val d'Aoste, Bourg St Maurice, Gap, Avignon, ah bugger ran outta days.....

Seriously if you going to europe in your 5 surely it has to be Nurburg, then some mountain passes. I am hoping to do a shorter trip to Nurbug in September if anyone wants to tag along but I can't confirm dates until the yellow mean machine gets her ticket.......if you have not been to german it is excellent.....not just the ring but the beer the roads........I should point out I did go to the ring about 2 months ago on a motorbike but partly because I was too scared and partly because I could not get new tyres in the time I had didn't ride it.....I have to go back.....

I'd have to agree, it's mainly flat motorway roads. I'd avoid France altogether if you can.
