John, we are hoping to leave around 11 on Friday so couls hook up on m7 somewhere. Travel a fair bit down there so i think head for Cork and go west to Killarney.Im allowing 4-4 1/2 hrs from Drogheda.
The perfection of a Car's beauty is that nothing should be there for beauty's sake.

heh if we say 11, it'll be midday before the off + it gets dark early these days.
I vote for leaving it as a meet up time of 10am ... its inevitable there'll be an hour of tyre kicking anywhoo ;-)

Soooo ridiculously jealous, but wish you all the best of luck on the run. I've got my '5 back from car hospital (electrical), but I'm button-holed for a wedding this weekend, so can't make it this time. Have a good one!
Climbed Elbrus, Island Peak, Kilimanjaro, Elgon, Everest BC, Mulhacen, Elgon, Kayaked the Liffey to the Nile, swam the Liffey, the Lee & packed ten triathlons into a year... catch me blogging on: http://www.teenagates.com

John,

Head down the M8 past Cashel as far as the Mitchelstown turn-off and take the Mallow road to Killarney, which is 2Hrs. from Cashel. So, you will need to add this to the time took you to reach me on your way to the Cork run.
