You need to download the images from your email and then upload them to somewhere like picasa or flickr before you can link to them.
Give me a shout if you get stuck.

Copy them to your hard drive.
Go to picasa.google.com , download and install.
Now you can right click on images on your hard drive and you will have the option to upload to web albums. They provide a link to the image on the righthand side of the page.
