Re: Condolencesjust back, really sorry for your loss
Re: CondolencesHello everyone. I've just logged on to the forum tonight for the first time since getting the sad news of my Mum's death; and I'm touched to find this thread.
Thanks for all your kind thoughts. The warmth I've felt from family, friends and colleagues in recent days has made it a little easier to say goodbye to a lovely lady. I've got fabulous memories to keep me on track, like our recent 'Thelma and Louise' roadtrip to Galway in the '5' for Mother's Day. We had the hood down and Mum laughed and giggled like a girl. I'm so glad we did that. My biggest challenge now is to remember Mum as she would prefer, with love and laughter. Thank you for helping me do that. Climbed Elbrus, Island Peak, Kilimanjaro, Elgon, Everest BC, Mulhacen, Elgon, Kayaked the Liffey to the Nile, swam the Liffey, the Lee & packed ten triathlons into a year... catch me blogging on: http://www.teenagates.com
