Any updates on the opening day?
Have heard rumors of the 16th and the 26th..

Hey Steve,

It was supposed to be the 16th, well thats what was said in the local papers... but still hasn't opened.. they have started taking away, cones & barriers etc.. so it is bound to be soon...

If you miss all that traffic, I think its well worth the €1.90... If it doesn't cause havoc with traffic..

Yeah definately, 1.90e is cheap in my mind too compared to the current route ;-)

I've heard that the delays are mostly to do with paperwork.
Hopefully by Friday it should be open.

I heard today on 2fm (sorry teena) that " The Shunnel " is to be opened officially by Biffo next tuesday.. so Ive heard.. happy days if all goes to plan!!
