Problems with CAT

Help would be very much appreciated.....

Our neighbours cat has taken to spending lazy afternoons on the 5's roof......

It's leaving hairs all over the roof and its grubby little paw prints down the bonnet.......

I have got a super soaker and managed to get 2 ear shots and a body shot on to it....

For a couple of weeks we didn't see it only I know it was there watching our every move.....

It has now worked our routine out and the litlle bolix now leaves it's hair and paw prints all over the car when we are out............

I have seen a cat and dog repellant in Argos but it's 50 squids and I would rather spend it on the car to be honest........


Suggestions really really appreciated......

Heard it on the radio a few weeks back warren but if you mix curry paste with a water sprayer and spray the area it repels pussies. Cats hate it .Let us know lad..........

Sprinkle the car with Pepper. The cat will not be able to breath and will leave your car alone. Not sure what the pepper will do to a mohair roof. As all the good instructions say "try in an inconspicuous area first"

tried the curry thing , not on the car but on the window beside the back door. Fucker still jumps on the handle and lets himself in ................We need to organise a series of tests and report back.......

Ha ha yeh tried the curry as well but this cat just left a note saying could he have chips with it next time.........
Now the pepper sounds good but I am thinking more on the lines of getting pepper spray..... or maybe a Tasar gun??????????

try orange juice? lemon juice? lemon juice in a spray should not damage the hood fabric?

According to a friend of mine, the one thing sure to scare off a cat is the smell or essence of a bigger cat....

hence, lion poo will keep the little kitties away as they appreciate the danger of messing with a bigger cat's territory....

mind you.... smearing the hood with lion poo - the cure might be worse than the problem? but some lion poo as fertilizer in the garden might serve the same purpose?

Brilliant.John I read the article and it has convinced me.........
I am not sure about buying the stuff but it is quite cheap.....
I am thinking of getting the picture enlarged of the lion having a poo
and then putting that on the roof of the car....... Might not scare the cat but it might open up the
opportunity to have a chat with my neighbour about the problem.......
