What's it worth?

Hi, My dad is an MX5 Driver, 67 and on his second , anyway, when he traded in his 1998 for a 2002 one, he kept the hard top thinking it would fit the newer car. It doesn't fit, so he is hoping to sell it. But does any one know what it is worth? It is painted red and is in good condition, he had it painted to match but hardly used it. Can anyone point me in the right direction to see what it is worth.

Where is he having the issue?

It was on a 1998 pop light model. He now has a 2002 face lifted. Not sure why it won't fut. Will try and find out next time I am up. Cheers. Think he wants to sell it anyway.

It will fit perfectly . All mk1 2 and so called 2.5's will accept hard-tops from any model bar the later mk3's.
As said before, what is the issue??????????????????

Stick it on Dondeal or Adverts.ie, you'll easily get 400..600 for it.

The top will fit all MX5s except the Mk3. The only way it may not fit is if the wiring for the heated window is on the wrong side, or if bolts and brackets are missing from the destination car
