high emissions

helo everybody i bought a mx 5 and cant get the car threw the nct with the emissions or high and have tryed every thing except changing engine its 1993 enuos mark 1 change plugs cat manafold air flow meter even took the car 2 a mazda dealer they cant help can any one help will try any thing

o2 / oxygen sensor or airflow meter impact on emmissions, try changing those out

could try diptane, depending on how much the reading is out by, wont solve the problem but might get it trough the test.
has the car been serviced and are the wires going to the o2 sensor intact.

What are the readings, might give some clues as to what's up as different readings indicate different things. Have you changed leads? O2 sensor?

Also what are they testing it as? Its a jap import yes? No high idle test?
