mintex brake fluid used (its blue)

Mintex is very good so no issue there and no leaks 'must be clutch assembly itself.Try the bleeding first though

try starting the car in gear with your foot on the clutch.

Sorry I thought you meant the bottle was blue haha.. usually brake fluid is light yellow but it goes black if air gets in it.. so that why I asked :-)

I know it wierd allright .. blue
i will look @ the slave cylinder to see if it is leaking
If there id no leaks why would i have a spongy clutch pedal ?

could be a little bit of air in that case. did you try bleed it again just to see??

well i got a brand new slave
i fit it and its still no better :?:

(solid pedal not spongy)

the symptoms are (when moving and cold)

*Hard to get into 2nd and 3rd
*hard to get out of 1st
