NCT Retest

Postby PaulHW » Thu, 26 Jun 2008 11:05 +0000

Drove mine into work today so that i can go for the NCT retest in Ballymun after. So that will be a drive across town in the rain! I had to replace the liscence plate as the "91D" was too small - and they also failed it because the rear bumper reflectors are red not amber - talk about picky! I could not source any rear amber reflectors , so I am about to go down to the parking garage to paint over it with my brg touch up pencil! I do not suppose anyone has a pair of amber rear bumper reflectors? I might eventually get the set of clear ones from mx5parts .
Cheers, Paul

Just unscrew them... or put masking tape over them.

Fitted my new (long) rear mud-guards.

Called up to friends who have a '5' & they proceeded to adjust my sagging headlight covers - excellent job.

Went to visit neighbour who has a '94 - Electric Blue. Nice v-clean car & he had spent lots on it before discovering mx5-parts. Trying to get both parties to to on the midlands run
