How is your intercooler mounted?

Just got an intercooler off an evo and looking for suggestions how to mount it. There is a little bracket at the top of it where I could hang it off, but thats only 1 point.
would that be enough? do they move much?

ideally two points, that said, mine is mounted by one point on the top left of the intercooler to one of the bonnet catch holes (AFAIR). Its fairly solid and can't really move once the intercooler pipes are on too.

Cool. I cant imagine it would move too much with pipes on it. The bracket on it is at the top and right in the middle, so surely something bolted very tight to that will hold it nicely. Thinking of making 2 brackets that hang down behind at each end and cup the bottom of the intercool. Might do that job.

Not sure if you are going top mounted, but if it helps, this is how I did it. Two bars connected to right angle brackets.

Thanks. I guess I could try something like that.

Threaded bar from the 2 top inserts of the IC, with nuts sandwiching the slam panel.
