Did you try count the teeth on the crown wheel and pinion?

Not yet but is it as simple as counting the teeth on the crown wheel per revolution ???

Are you wanting the diff ratio?? Count teeth on the crown wheel and then count teeth on pinion and divide first number by second

Dead easy, turn the input flange and count how many revolution it takes to rotate the output /shaft side one revolution.
