So think i have got Dll working right and done a power run.
Here is the resulting power graph 
I've been told the power loss from engine to wheel is 23bhp So assuming everything is correct that would be 129bhp 118lb ft From a 1.6 auto with link ecu, jackson racing cai, decat, ss exhaust from cat back. So what ya reckon? If anyone would like to look at my map and make suggestions then i can send it to you. 23hp is the loss for a manual 5-speed. The transmission loss for an auto might actually be more - would be worth asking the US Powerlist or doing a search there. What is the 'Contents weight: 264 lbs' ?  Maybe post-Christmas it would be true, but not right now... I always left mine at the default, whatever that isIt's a small world after all. Looks like the average is 15% drivetrain loss for a manual, 20% drivetrain loss for an auto.
106hp at the wheels + 20% = 127hp at the engine. Respectable  You are making 1.8-ish power from a 1.6, without the extra tax and insurance. Stick that to the Greens !
BTW what I do with power-runs is to do a run from 1200rpm to redline in one direction, save the datalogl; then do a power-run on the same road in the opposite direction. If you average the two results, you'll get a true figure (otherwise one direction might be skewed by being uphill or downhill) It's a small world after all. It's a small, small world

Ash, I solved the text file formatting prob by opening the file and resaving it again in wordpad.

Think we need to organise a dyno day some time in the new year. Know there is a crowd in waterford who do it. I'll find out about price to get a rough idea.

rwhp is what counts or even better power to weight ratio, because of the variation in power loss in different cars between flywheel and wheels rwhp is more a more accurate measure of real world power.
A 200bhp car at 1400kg is 142 bhp/tonne if its 4 wheel it will drop even more power between flywheel and wheels. Ash 106 rwhp or 129 bhp is very repectable for a 1.6 auto
