You any relation to the infamous 'Bart' Mccauley, we used to race against him in Formula Ford 1600's, the Vee's were always a laugh to watch, some good up & coming drivers but a shed load of banzai nutters in there that just wrote the cars off every weekend.

Brings back good memories of 6 nights a week in the shed setting up the cars for a race in Kirkistown, weekend's racing than back to the garage to dismantle the entire car & set it up for Mondello the following week, spent half my life in the garage getting ready for a 15 lap race every weekend.#

ps. I was not the driver, just one of a team of 3 running the team (shoestring stilie) :D

Hi

wondering if you know the Parks gang - Bob, Robbie, David - who've all been involved with Vee's for years. I used to spend a lot of time in Mondello with them a good few years back, with the odd trip to Pembrey, Brands etc. Great fun. Bob is now a 5 owner also
