Has anyone checked to see if there are any other activities going on in the park on Sunday?
Some previous years we have had to meet at the monument instead, due to no access to the cross, because of bicycle races etc.

I intend to get there from Co.Donegal. Hope the weather dries up again for it as the forecast is for rain for most of this week.

Had a look through the entry info that came in the post and they mant all cars in their respective stands between 10:30 and 12:30 as judging starts at the later time, I also note that there is a competition for the best club stand - are we entered and, if so, have we the what with, flags, banners etc. to add some colour to the stand.

Suggestion : For cars coming from the south we could meet up at the Avoca store carpark in Rathcoole at 10:30. It's a very straight forward run across from there through Tallagh and on to Terenure.

Tom.

As far as i know we are not entered for the best stand entry.
As for the meeting point, There has been a few suggestions but..... its gonna get confusing and i would be worried that some people might not check the forum before the weekend and have already seen the agreed meeting place. I would hate to miss/not meet up with anyone and would also like to travel together to the event and make sure everyone gets in ok.
For this reason the main meeting point will be Popes cross 10.30am in the phoenix park unless it is closed off in which case we will meet at the monument in the park.
If you haven't got your form back in please print one and bring it with you to aid getting us through the gate quickly.
See you all there.
