Great, the guy I dealt with it Steve; Contact details: James www.b-gdirect.com 0044 (0) 1268 764411. he says "Like I say we will be catering for a range of styling accessories for various vehicles and we are the sole importer of MOMO Italy products too. www.momo-uk.com". I can only vouch for my experience with them which was I couldn't fault. Ann

A massive big thanks to John and Mike for fitting my style bar last night...I think it looks great however it could do as the guys pointed out with another bracket for more stability on side of seat belt, I'll post a pic. It also has a little hollow side bar that doesnt' seem to serve any purpose but maybe good for flying the Munster flag!
It unfortunately wasn't the easiest to put on but have to say Mike/John I dont' know where you got the patience from but thank you again soooo much.

Been onto the company I bought the style bar from and it turns out the hollow bars are for a winbreaker to fit into! so now I have to go look for a windblocker to fit!

Thanks Tom, might have to get something like that alright but eventually I would like to get one a mesh one that folds down and fits an M shape style bar. Did you get a style bar from the UK off ebay? Think someone mentioned you might have.

Yep!
Got them from 2fast2cool2.com on e-bay. They are a lot heavier than most and took some time to fit by Ollie who had fitted others. He was particularly impressed with them as, because of the way they had to be fitted, they really stabalised the car, al-la strut.

any pic of of it? did you buy a windblocker and if so which one? I'm seriously considering making one out of perspex and if that doesn't work out I'll have no choice but to buy one...will post pic if all goes well otherwise I'll have to invest it's jsut that there are so many different types out there it's hard to chose and then will it fit!!! decisions, decisions, eh! Suppose better get used to it cos there is so much stuff out there for the 5! Wish me luck with the windblocker, have a friend on standby in case I need a lift to hospital after I use the jigsaw..so much fun ahead! A

well hey, god loves a tryer! Sure it won't cost anything to give it a go so long as I don't blow a fuse or something...should be an experience if anything, will have to mind the nails though!

Ann - I'd suggest if you're going to try to perspex, then probably better result to get a local glass co. to cut it for you - I've tried the jigsaw method & results are not good (could be me !!)

Ya, thinking you could be right there...can't even find the jigsaw so might not have a choice in the matter. I have my eye on a windblocker on ebay if this doesn't work out and judging by the weather today may not even need a windblocker for a while.

Hi Ann,
Photo's of my bars, taken by Ollie, are up on the Wicklow run thread. I only need the factory windbreaker as the hair is short and it is sufficient to keep the wind off the back of the neck. I have given some thought to a perspex one though and as the lad's suggest, stay away from the jigsaw it will only leave you with a ripped up mess.

Hey, well only got as far as cutting a template out of cardboard and that didnt' even fit and ended up waxing car instead! Saying that I'm not defeated yet..have the perspex, new fine blades and an idea of where the jigsaw is so still gonna give it go some evening this week...wondering why I'm even bothering seeing as they are only €53 to buy but would be nice to have my 'designer anniniwa' one though! I'm sure to have a 'redneck' after it all!
