The Beer Trailer makes a LOT more sense,

The extended boot lid on the blue mk2 trailer looks cool

You could easily do both J. The beer cooler on one side (the drawbar end) and the grill @ the back at the boot end (easier access and will not take the shins off yourself when grilling those sossies!
A integrated sound system would be nice too - Beerz,hot food and choonz!
