Taking Leamyj's advice and starting new post......
Anyone fancy it? Anyone know the best route to take and where's best to meet up?? Will be coming from Meath/Louth, Penelope Pistop coming from Bray. Saturday 24th OK? I'm assuming possibly 2 groups of us (depending on where were coming from) meeting up at about 12??
Meeting point suggestions please???????

I am free on 24th meet you in Bray at hills garage off the N11? You don't go through the town take the last exit to Bray/Greystones it is just a roundabout, let me know if that is OK. I mentioned on another section that I went to the Octane meet a girl Nikki thinks their small club of Honda S2000 would be interested in coming out with us, what do you think? She gave me her email address to keep in touch. Will we have are nice toasty fleeces by then?

BTW That's the bank holiday weekend, whether this matters or not. I should be ok for the run, Hills is fine.

Sounds good, hills garage is good for me. Though avoca in kilmac would be a nicer place to wait for everyone to turn up, coffee & croissants VS petrol fumes & breakfast rolls. Earlier the better.

Cool! Are you still stopping here? Thats good for me too, can meet up for the tyre kick but won't be on the run as I'll be in the Heep (if it makes it that far.. ) and possibly hungover.

Avoca in Kilmac sounds good. Not far from Hills anyway and I agree with Ger - a nicer place to meet and maybe grab a quick cuppa and use the facilities before hitting the road. How about 11.00am rather than 12.00. If we leave till 12 might be too near lunch time by the time everyone arrives! Speaking of lunch... anyone any suggestions on a nice place to stop and eat? I don't know what route we're taking so i have no suggestions.

11am sound good to me. We could take the laragh/roundwood exit off the N11 at kilmac, this would get us off the main roads in 5mins. I didn't really like the M50 convoy thing the last time. At laragh we could go right to glendalough/Wicklow gap or left towards rathdrum/aughrim. The Glenmalure hotel may be a nice spot to stop if the weather is good, nice road to glenmalure just outside laragh. Anyone got route suggestions.

No route suggestions - just want something that's got nice bendy roads and some nice scenic places to stop off in. I'm sure the Garden of Ireland won't let us down!
Ger, how was that route that you all took back in June. Do you wnat to change it or go with same?
