would anybody up that neck of the woods be able to check out sites, as it's a nor'n bank hol that weekend? some of the gang were already in the area last year. somewhere secure and with a refuelling depot close by would be handy...! some sites may also have mobile-homes for rent for us less hardy souls. told her indoors we're going under canvas this time. she retorted that it wasn't her that booked b&b in boyle

perhaps we should consider a camp north of the border, because food and special coke for PJ is considerably cheaper. just a thought.

It's special 'PJ Coke' John. After 2 glasses it doesn't really matter anymore.

Sounds good, I'm in the process of house shopping at the moment so depending on where we buy I may be able to put a few people up. As far as Carlingford goes, I know loads of people down there & the Mother in law owns a B&B so contact me before you do anything else.

Are you serious about camping? I bought a tent for a laugh a couple of years ago and its still rolled in plastic in the attic, 'cos my girly pals all screamed in horror at the idea.... I'd love to give it a lash. Especially with someone around to put it up!!!!!
Climbed Elbrus, Island Peak, Kilimanjaro, Elgon, Everest BC, Mulhacen, Elgon, Kayaked the Liffey to the Nile, swam the Liffey, the Lee & packed ten triathlons into a year... catch me blogging on: http://www.teenagates.com

PJ claims to be the expert at putting up tents, [ would have used another word but you know some of the minds on this site ], but we all know it's under Dylans guidance. :D
