Milisle

Postby Pete JB » Thu, 05 Nov 2009 10:53 +0000

I've just put an offer in on a house in Millisle, and in the little street I'm moving to there are already 2 MX5's in residence, soon to be 3.

Anybody from here?

Hey!! We've found the ONLY person in the country who's entering the property market this year
Pete, best of luck with the purchase. Maybe change the name of the area to Mx5ville??

LOL, cheers.

It's a pretty good time to buy up here, prices are just about steady & slightly increasing if anything so it's as cheap as it's going to get.

Really cool place, 4 bedroom 2 living rooms, attached garage, front & back garden about 100 metres from the beach!!!!! :D :D

Hmmmm...........

Would your future garden be big enough for a few tents around the time of this N.I. gathering next year?? (Assuming you close the deal before then  )

Forgive my cheekiness

Geez John, you'll not the grass grow under your feet when there's a chance of a patch of ground for that big multi-room tent of yours. Cheeky you - ah go'on

Hope the house comes with half-an-acre - it'll take that to house John's circus tent. :jocolor: :jocolor:

ill tell ya Barney, lawn ffs, ill never get this place sorted but mowing the "lawn" with a group of 5's doing a few rings would be a help! Camping on the Head tho would be fab if the weather was nice.
