1992 eunos exhaust wanted

Postby mx5ash » Thu, 17 Dec 2009 11:18 +0000

Mine failed in spectacular fashion this evening. My god its loud with the jrcia, no afm, no cat and what ended up as a straight though pipe.
So anyone got anything interesting lying around. Would take a std one but would need to be cheap.
Cheers Ash

Well the pipe broke clean off the back silencer, maybe repairable but prob quicker and easier to chuck a std one on for now and get it sorted in my own time. Needed the back box to be repacked aswell.
Sourced one now from uk foc just have to pay for shipping.
Still might be interested if someone has a SS one for sale.

i have a stock cat back in the garage, free to collect in south wicklow (near Arklow).

On the subject of exhausts, there is a guy in aughrim with a glanza that shoots out about 3ft of flames when he changes gear, is this a flame thrower ad on? Looks ridiculous.

glanza owners look like smaller versions of wrx owners.

LOL thought I'd blown up something the first time it happened.

Had it happen recently.. *pulls up chair and taps old tobacco out of pipe* I was overtaking on the N6 going downhill and the bottom lip of my accelerator got caught in a lump in the floor mat, I clutched in to go up to 4th, the engine redlined and bounced off the limiter about 3 times with flames before I hooked my foot round the pedal to pull it up. Binned the mat.
