To do at tech day; - bring APPLE tarts & cream - clear wheel arch drains (if not already done) - bring hard top lining - divert Ollies slagging of Ivan whilst doing stripes ...and back Shena up, only should she need it.
...oh and wear 'red shoes'!

On another thread a number of people have expressed an interest in doing a session at Kylemore Karting. What's the possibility of incorporating the tech day with the Karting, as in heading off to the karting later in the day??
Have not been in touch with the kylemore people yet to see if it's even available that evening, but would like some feedback before checking it out.
John
Ah it's a bit much in the one day. Not for me. Don't confuse things keep it to just the tech day. Do the karting and spin another day.
UPDATE KARTING WILL NOT HAPPEN ON SATURDAY 6TH FEBRUARY DUE TO UNAVAILABILITY OF TRACK JOHN

Got a recharge kit for my K&N today, dunno if it's practical to do the job at Ivan's. Anyone done it before? Does it take long for the filter to dry after washing?? Given that it's not likely to be warm and sunny on Saturday, might just hold that job for later. The instructions don't recommend that you use the likes of forced air or water in the process for fear of damaging the filter. Also got one of those thermometers for outside temp, gonna try to fit that into one of the spare switch panels(Thanks to John Cheatley for the link on that one ) PS Ivan, have you decided on a kick-off time??? John

Just been reading Cashel Tom's experience with style bars Is this a common problem with Hard tops? Am having second thoughts about bringing them to the tech day. Sounds really really tricky.. any of you guys that are going done this before? Will I need to pick up some special bolts/ get some shaved off? Seems like everyone is going to be real busy and I don't want to be a pain. S
