DATE for CHARITY RUN in aid of SPECIAL OLYMPICS IRELAND
As the Special Olympics Ireland National Fund Raising Day is Friday 29th. April, I suggest we should have the Charity Run on that weekend. By doing so we have will have full support including publicity with radio coverage by Ian Dempsey who will be doing his programme on the OB unit from Limerick on that day.
As the name Cannonball Run may be copyrighted, can I have suggestions for an alternative - now no smart-ar**ed suggestions.
Suggestions for a route would also be welcome and as the games are taking place in Limerick it should be included in the route.
I appreciate the offers of support so far and hope that many more will add their names to the list.

Tom... I think you will find that this list will expand quite dramatically in the last two weeks just before the event

Can somebody update the 'Run/Events Calendar' regarding the dates for this Charity Run please ? Also what are the routes driven on the days ? I may be able to make one of the days but not all of them
