Ewwww, looks weird. Have to see it in the flesh before I form an opinion... you gonna do the whole dash?
No more Mk1, now driving an '08 Mk3. Still fun!

May be doing the bit that the eyeballs sit in and the top of the door cards. Not sure yet. Will stick it in this evening and see what it looks like.

From Leathal Weapon....as one shepherd said to the other "Let's get the flock out of here".

That's a "strange" looking piece of kit, Ash.....the dash pic reminded me of something I would imagine Huggy Bear (Starsky and Hutch) would have in his wheels! Whilst appreciating the effort - the jury is still out on the result.

I can appriciate that its not to everyones tastes, not even sure its 100% mine either but i thought i'd give it a go. What's the worst that can happen, I don't like it and get a new gauge pod.
Fitted to the car last night and it looks ok but need to drive with it to see.
Nothing ventured nothing gained.

Keep it clean

Postby robmx5 » Thu, 20 Mar 2008 10:20 +0000

Must be hard to keep it clean though - at least now I know what it is though - at first I thought you had a puncture and had invented some new substance for mending the hole !!
