Hi, sorry I've not been online much of late but I didn't have any new information until today. The organisers have asked for the
registration numbers and ticket numbers in order to park in our designated area. Thanks to those who have given me the info already but if you havent booked the tickets yet I'd appreciated if you could do so by Monday as I have to send all the info on by close of business.

As far as accommodation etc unfortunately Killaloe is looking booked in the usual area and was wondering wat people think of staying on the Sunday night (as it's a bank holiday) or shall we arrange for another weekend (BBQ) that is.
We could stay in B&B's in Killaloe on the Saturday or Sunday also...open to the floor.
I can't believe the amount of members attending this event, fantastic, the MX5 will have some presence!!!! I have provisionally booked for 18 spaces however they will only allow spaces for pre booked tickets which is why I hope you guys n' gals can arrange to send to me over weekend.
