Mk 2 Limited Edition (1 of 800 manufactured) Burgundy Red.
2000 reg - 83,000 miles - 1.8L
Cream leather interior, hardtop, soft-top and body in v good condition. No rust.
No mechanical issues, used daily. Driveable all year with hardtop.
Limited slip differential, 6 speed gearbox, central locking, dual airbags, electric windows and mirrors, ABS.
Nardi wooden gearknob, handbrake and steering wheel, heated rear screens, (heated glass in softop).
Drivers seat has wear to one section, one wheel missing a centre cap, mazda badge missing off the boot lid and cigarette lighter has no power, might be a fuse.
2 owners, imported from Belfast in 2007. I have owned (and loved) it since 2007.
Going for NCT on Monday next so will have a full 12 month NCT, taxed until December 2013.
No modifications whatsoever, even the battery is factory original.
Cat and leads are a year old, radiator 2 years. Belt and pump done @ 60K. Tyres are fine.

Am gutted but have to sell - I will be dropping kids to school in September, so I need a car with more seats.

very nice looking car, allways liked these .
I have a mk1 Merlot myself ,similar colour .Is it a mk2 or 2.5 ?
What condition is the underside like rust wise?

NCT retest next wednesday for worn brake pedal rubber and a tyre.

The other half has found the car she wants to buy and is threatening to give the MX5 to a dealer for trade in value of €2200 so am dropping my price to €2400, also am putting this up on carzone.ie tonight @ €2500
