This is one of the best quality exhausts you can buy for the MX5. Made entirely from stainless steel it will probably outlast the car. These sell for almost £500 new from MX5 Parts and this exhaust is in excellent condition. It is from the cat back. I had it fitted to my mk1 1.6 but it may also fit a 1.8 with the shorter cat?
It really makes your car stand out from the crowd.
Doesn't drone at all when cruising and it has a nice raspy tone when higher up the rev range!
These very rarely come up for sale second-hand.

My car is turbo'd so I have a flyin Miata turbo twin exit exhaust. The I.L is 2 1/4" which is about perfect for the standard car but I needed something with a bigger bore - so I bought a complete Flyin Miata turbo back exhaust from Frank on the forum.
The I.L is even better quality than the flyin Miata. If I wasn't turbo'd then i'd never have changed from the I.L.
