Thinking of doing a run down the Clare coast. Possible route could include meeting in kilcolgan , drive through Kinvarra ,Ballyvaughan ,Doolin, etc and finishing at lighthouse in Loop Head. How does 11.00 start to finish some time in the afternoon sound? I hope this will suit members from Clare ,Galway, Limerick ,Kerry .....indeed any part of the island. What do people think? 1 . Brian

Hello all, The date of this run doesn't seem to suit many people . I don't mind changing it to a more suitable Sunday, probably the third Sunday, the 15th of September, as second and fourth are All Ireland time. What do people think ? I'm easy [ask the wife] This is a lovely coastal run. Brian

Hi Brian,
Have been quiet of late, bought a 94 mini that has taken up a lot of my time. Would like to go on the Clare run, I will consult with the war office and get back to you. Sounds like a nice route.
Aubrey.

Just back from a very enjoyable west coast run. There was a "small" breeze from time to time, particularly on the top of lighthouse at loop head, however we did get the hood down for part of the day. Thanks to Brian (or more importantly his wife Marie) for the coffee and scones/tarts/cakes; he has set a whole new standard in organizing runs! Some interested people listening intently to a lecture about the lighthouse at loop head Some more interested people Great day had by all, thanks again to Brian for organising
