What you get here is a Flyin Miata Link ECU for the 1.6, along with an FM AIT sensor, two FM MAP sensors (one for an NA car and one with the Knock sensor port) and also the cable & FM Programmable Keypad. FM installation & tuning instructions.

The above kit will not do 'sequential injection' or 'EBC' (you can use a cheap MBC though).
