Flywheel facing

Postby ger » Wed, 04 Jun 2014 4:49 +0000

Doing the clutch next week and wanted to get the spare flywheel faced, anyone know where to get this done in wicklow/south dublin. Tried track day performance but they were less than helpful as usual.

Griffin Engineering in Sallins or Straffan co Kildare or as above any machine shop shpuld be able to do it.Whats wrong with your own and they dont give much trouble or we have good used ones both 1.6 and 1.8 types.Cylinder Head Services in Kilbarrack also but google it for South Dublin area ??

Found a very nice engineer in kilcool (glenroe) wicklow who has a history in motor sport thats going to re-face and balance the flywheel for me. Sorted. Thanks for the suggestions.
