MK2 RS Engine,
6 speed with 3.9 Torsen Diff but will be changing to 3.6 soon.
TD04HL16T Turbo on custom manifold and downpipe.
Oversized Chargecooler with Johnson Pump.
Coolant re-route with Civic type Rad.
Link ECU with patch lead to join into jdm loom.
Not gonna go mad with boost as air temps are very low and turbo is same size at gt2560 (ish).
AEM Wideband.
Soon to be installed Mintex 1144 pads up front.
Pissed off waiting for NCT date as its insured and ready for tuning.
Oh and a BMW Vortex oil separator which will sit where old stat used to be.

"Link ECU with patch lead to join into jdm loom."

What is this? Is it to avoid moving pins in the original loom/connector?

No, I bought it off Frank . Its OBD2 so 3 plugs . Had to make up a lead and gets sockets to join the original 2 plug loom into the 3 plug Link ECU.
A right bastard of a job but works good.

LINK ECU tuning... oh the joys :-) I never got round to tuning the most out of it, I just let the O2 sensor sort out most of it doing runs up and down the same road, then advanced the timing till I saw knock and added back 2 points in those cells.
BTW, you wouldn't happen to have a spare knock sensor? I'm not sure if its my knock sensor or MAP box thats on the blink, I've tested the wiring and its solid all the way.

No Steve I don't and I think this one is knackered also. Saw some on bench engines in the college and they look similar. Wonder what the exact serial number/type is?
More tuning tomorrow and add my bmw vortex oil separator also.
