Called out to autocheck (Robert 0868226506) on friday to puchase a few parts second hand, parts were in excellent condition(as good as new) and a fraction of original price. What impressed me even more was the guys willingness to explain and share alot of tips and useful information about the Mx5, which was brilliant for a mx5 newbie like myself. Friendly service coupled with both great product range and knowledge.

Yes I'd have to second that, a top bloke indeed, my wife and I called with Robert last Saturday afternoon and he supplied AND fitted a coil to my wife's Mk2 - well I was "dressed" as my wife and I were on a long weekends break. Not only did he do that but he also gave me lots of little pointers and bits of advice, needless to say I'll be back down again for lots more bits in the near future.

Yes - Robert is the man as far as MX5s are concerned
Having recently become the proud 5th owner of a 2000 Mk.II - I was in need of quite a few spare or replacement parts.
With an NCT due on 13/05 - Robert advised me that certain items were almost certain to cause a test fail.
A relacement driver's seat complete ; a replacement steering wheel (sans airbag) ; a front o/s headlight ; petrol filler cap & steering rack rubber boot.

Now all I need is to find someone who can repair the corroded parts of both front chassis rails - an almost certain NCT fail if I dont.
