Mx5 parts really bad service

Postby Fla » Wed, 20 Apr 2016 10:43 +0000

From all the reviews the one thing that I constantly read was mx5 parts delivery was really fast and their communication was excellent.

For me I'm now over 3 and a half weeks waiting. No replies to emails and no updates on the order. Most companies would at least reply to an email asking for an update. Where do I stand with regard to cancelling my order. I'm really disappointed with them and I reckon autolink will have what I need.

Cheers

Very surprised, being dealing with them for years no bother, both in the UK and here in Donegal. I order over the weekend and it gets delivered in Donegal on a Thursday. Try leaving a bad review on the product info, in that your still waiting for it !!!

Hi Fla,

Have never had an issue with them like that either, I've sent you a pm with a contact.
Let me know how it goes.

Gosh Fla sorry to hear of this, never had any issues with them over the years.

Why not just give them a quick call and get an instant answer to your outstanding order.

Let us know how you get on.

Fancy bit of a spin down your way over the next month.????

Regards John.

was only recently given the run around by this crowd myself, similar situation to yourself i had an order in worth over 1000 euro but i was left waiting for weeks, no replies to emails and i seemed to get the same ignorant sod everytime i rang who was no help, so after 5 weeks and not a single part arriving i cancelled the order and went with mx5city instead, had all the same parts on my door step within a week and it was cheaper (not much but still cheaper)

Richard was the one I got on contact and he never replied to a request for an update 3 weeks after order. I eventually got Bryan who was helpful to a point but didn't really take responsibility or offer a solution. I cancelled my order. In contrast I ordered specialist jdm legacy gt discs and pads in the uk last Tuesday and they arrived Friday.

Maybe mx5 parts are too busy or overwhelmed but their customer service needs tweaking. As for calling them. I work 10-12 hour days 5-6 days a week, I don't have time for calls. If they can take my order and take my money digitally in a split second they can take my correspondence that way too.
