Ah, do you think they are not watching.....

I think we need to raise the profile with them....

Have they ever been asked to get envolved with an event or meet or anything.....

Tents tents tents tents tents tents tents tents - we want tents (preferably blue) in colour. Come on Mazda you know you can do it.

I might even be tempted to buy a Mazda 5 when I replace my Peug 307.

Hi 650Ginge,

The only thing that's missing is MAZDA. It would appear that they have NO Time for us plebs. Not to worry - it's their loss!

It's a long story but suffice to say that they are only interested in talking to us if we become, and I hate to use the word, OFFICIAL.

That would mean that we would have to get ourselves organised

and appoint officers

and have minuted meetings :puker: :pukel:

and probably charge a membership fee

and appoint an official toilet attendant

and so on.

Also, they seemed reluctant to recognise the number of people associated with us who drive imported EUNOS ROADSTERS, as they didn't get their pound of flesh in the sale of them.

Then there's the parts issue..............

Now I'm getting a headache :pale:

Anyhow, as I said...a long story.

You don't happen to work for mazda, do you??

I have purchased a mazda mx5 1.6cc california 2001. The badge to the right hand side on rear is missing. I would like to replace it but i do not know what badge it should be. I.e. mazda, Roadster, etc. Please advise and where i can get one from. Thank you. Sue.

Hi Sue, I think its "MX5" badge on the passenger side and "Mazda" on the driver's.

I have just imported a 1990 mazda Eunos 1.6. Before I did this I checked the VRT website and it said 540 euros to import.

I went along to the VRT office and they said they would have to refer it to head office. Then I get a call telling me the VRT is 720 euros.

I paid up as I had no choice, I then appealed it and they simply said that as there was no CO2 figure listed for the car they would apply the highest possible VRT for the car based on the highest CO2 rates. It seems they are combining a CO2 table along with open market selling price for older cars now.

My question is : Can I get the CO2 emissions figure for this car anywhere please ??

regards
willie
